Inside your ClickFlare account on the left side of your screen, go to Offers.

Start by clicking on the +New button.

The first step is to give your new offer a name, try to give it a rememberable one.

Select your Affiliate Network from the drop-down menu, if you want to associate this offer with a specific network.

Add in your Offer URL and select the corresponding tokens from the list.
- Select a Conversion tracking method, by choosing a tracking domain and tracking method.
Note: You can choose to include additional parameters in the postback URL. -
Next, select between two Payout options: Auto or Manual. When choosing manual, you can place a default value, as well as a Geo-specific payout.

Once you are done, click on Save.

Your new offer will be added automatically to the rest of the list of offers. From there you can either preview, edit your offer, clone or archive it.
